Two Worlds

A spacious cafe with a reserved staff, cozy vintage interior, excellent coffee, and pastries. It's a world of regular cafe-goers.

But there's another category of visitors: wide-eyed, capturing moments, live-streaming, sometimes multiple streams simultaneously. They are ARMY or, at the least, avid fans of the K-pop group BTS (방탄소년단).

Owned by Jimin's dad, one of the seven members of the group, this cafe often becomes a motive for visiting Busan. Everything else — the sea, pines, skyscrapers, the UN Cemetery, fireworks, APEC summit, the largest seafood market in Korea — comes as a package deal.

Scale

Certainly, this café isn't part of a chain. However, unlike standard independent cafes, considering the owner's substantial sponsorship and marketing opportunities, the scale of the establishment is impressive. There's even a parking lot for a couple dozen cars.

For those interested, the address is 135 Jinnam-ro, Nam-gu. It's a 15-minute walk from Exit 4 of the Motgol station.
