Cancellation and Amendment Policy

In order to provide the highest level of service with top guides and guaranteed tour departures, our cancellations and amendments are subject to fees. This policy applies to all group and private tours listed and booked through intetour.com on-line or by any other means.

IMPORTANT: Service-Specific Cancellation Terms

Each booking is subject to specific cancellation deadlines that will be clearly displayed on your invoice. Different tour packages and individual services may have different cancellation requirements based on their nature and advance booking needs. Individual services such as transfers, specialized excursions, or premium accommodations may require longer advance notice than the standard terms below. 

Your invoice will show:

  • The cancellation policy that applies to your booking
  • Any service-specific requirements with earlier deadlines
  • The earliest deadline you must meet to avoid penalties for all services

To ensure a full refund for your entire booking, please cancel by the earliest deadline shown on your invoice.

STANDARD CANCELLATION TERMS

Unless otherwise specified on your invoice, the following standard terms apply:

Packaged Tours and Hotel Rooms

  • More than 7 days prior to arrival: Full refund
  • Between 4 and 7 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee applies
  • Within 4 days prior to arrival: No refund available

Individual Services

(Including but not limited to: individual or group excursions, transfers, optional activities)

  • More than 3 days prior to service date: Full refund
  • 2 or 3 days prior to service date: 50% cancellation fee applies
  • 1 day prior or on the day of service: No refund available

Note: Many individual services, particularly transfers and specialized excursions, require longer advance notice than these standard terms. Always refer to your invoice for the specific deadlines applicable to your booking.

AMENDMENTS

Major Changes

(Including changing hotels, room types, or replacing packaged tour components) 

Such changes are not possible as amendments. Tours must be cancelled first (subject to the Cancellation Policy above) and then re-booked, subject to availability.

Individual Services

(Including but not limited to: individual or group excursions, transfers, optional activities)

  • More than 3 days prior to service date: No amendment fee, subject to availability
  • 2 or 3 days prior to service date: $5.00 USD per person, per service amendment fee, subject to availability
  • 1 day prior or on the day of service: $10.00 USD per person, per service amendment fee, subject to availability

Note: Services with specific cancellation requirements (as shown on your invoice) may have stricter amendment deadlines. Contact us as early as possible to modify your booking.

LATE ARRIVALS & NO SHOWS

No refunds or re-bookings can be provided for late arrivals or no shows after tour/excursion/transfer commencement or departure.

HOW TO CANCEL OR AMEND

All cancellations and amendments must be submitted in writing to info@intetour.com. Please include your order number and booking details. Cancellation requests are effective from the date and time we receive and confirm your written notice.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

From time to time, the terms of this policy may change at Inte Tour Co., Ltd.'s discretion. In the event of such changes, the new policy will apply for all tours booked after the date and time of the policy change. Bookings made prior to policy changes remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of booking, as specified on the invoice.
