《The Golden Chaos Club》 is an interactive performance set in an imaginary speakeasy, where the audience participates in pre-show skits and votes on the story’s development using traditional tokens. Upon entering the theater, guests become patrons of an 18th-century Joseon speakeasy, engaging in various activities, such as writing and delivering letters with the actors, enhancing the sense of immersion. The performance not only provides entertainment but also conveys important messages about dreams and breaking free from the unseen constraints of reality.

The long-awaited changgeuk hit (a more theatrical and simplified version of the traditional genre "pansori") 《Madam Ong》, which has left a significant mark on the history of the genre, returns after five years. This year marks the 10th anniversary of its premiere, and the duo of Koh Sun-woong and Han Seung-seok will leave no one indifferent. This vibrant story is a reinterpretation of the pansori "The Song of Byeongangsoe", which has gained recognition both in Korea and abroad, conveying the message of positivity and hope through Madam Ong (Ongnyeo)'s proactive nature and resilience. The performance will delight with authentic characters, humorous scenes, lively dialogue, and cheerful Korean music.

The 《Midday Concert》 by the National Orchestra of Korea, which began in 2009, has become a hallmark of the National Theater of Korea, offering audiences a variety of traditional Korean orchestral music programs with commentary each month. The concert features familiar music and collaborations with artists from different genres. The grand sound of more than 60 musicians, commentary by renowned Korean announcer Lee Keum-hee, delightful snacks, and the picturesque view of Namsan Mountain create a unique and sophisticated experience exclusive to the 《Midday Concert》.

NTOK Live+ presents the most acclaimed productions from around the world on the screens of the National Theater of Korea. In October, three performances explore the subtle and complex relationships and psychologies of characters. NT Live "Dear England" is an engaging play by James Graham that explores the nation and the game of football. In NT Live "Vanya," hopes, dreams, and regrets become the central theme in a one-actor performance delving into complex human emotions. ITA Live "Ibsen House" returns after its debut in 2022, praised for its intriguing and rich adaptation.

NDCK Project 2024. Artists who will define the future of Korean dance! Three choreographers (Jung Gil-man, Lee Jae-hwa, Choi Jong-in), whose future works are highly anticipated, join with about 20 next-generation dancers selected through auditions last April (2024 National Dance Company Young Dancers) to shape the future of dance through thoughtful consideration and vivid imagination. The artists face an intense challenge to pour all their energy into a limited 30-minute performance.

Music Odyssey: The Great Merchant
The National Orchestra of Korea partners with the first domestic economic strategy MMORPG ‘The Great Merchant’ for a musical adventure set in the 16th-century Joseon Dynasty. This game music concert reinterprets the game's iconic background music and regional themes into traditional Korean orchestration. The concert includes interactive elements that allow the audience to participate indirectly, along with game-inspired features to enhance enjoyment. This collaboration between the National Orchestra of Korea and ‘The Great Merchant,’ sharing a common theme of tradition, promises to be a highly anticipated event.
