Korea Electronic Travel Authorization

As of July 3, 2023, K-ETA is not required for individuals aged 17 or younger and 65 or older; valid for up to 3 years (multiple entries possible).

K-ETA is usually processed within a few hours. You can check the status and, once approved, download the confirmation form at the following link: https://www.k-eta.go.kr/portal/apply/viewapplysearch.do

You may enter the current date when applying.

Note: Any changes made after the application has been submitted and invoiced will incur the full service fee again.

Please attach the following documents at check-out in jpg, png, or pdf format:

A scan of your passport (photo page only; full spread is not required); please note that we are required to upload a scanned passport when entering data — make sure to send a high-quality scan, not taken at an angle.
A photo (passport-style, preferably under 100 KB and under 700 pixels in width and height)

  Your K-ETA application may be rejected depending on the nature of the violation. If you select “No” despite having such history, your application may be rejected or revoked at any time. Legal consequences under Korean law may follow, and your entry to Korea may be restricted.
