Korea DMC for tour operators and travel agencies — INTE Tour

INTE is a small private company in Seoul — a receiving tour operator (DMC) for Korea, working since 2013. We work only with the trade: tour operators and travel agencies selling Korea to their clients, plus partners across Europe and Asia. We don't sell to travellers directly — partners are our only channel, so there's no reason for us to compete with you for your own client.

For a general overview of what we do (groups, FIT, MICE), see our Korea DMC page. This page is about how a partner works with us: how to start, and how departures, commission and payment work.

How to work with us

Attach clients to ready departures. No need to gather a whole group or buy a block: we run our own calendar of fixed-date group departures through the year, and you simply attach your clients — from a single person. We carry the risk of the group not filling: we form and lead the departure, and your client is guaranteed the dates, the route and a licensed guide. Equally convenient for a small agency with one traveller and for an operator who doesn't want to lock a block against uncertain demand.

Blocks and dedicated departures. If you work in volume, we'll agree a seat/room block or dedicated departures for your demand, with net rates and allotment. For operators with steady flow that means predictable capacity in season and your own calendar of dates.

Ready-made materials. Every departure comes with a description in Russian and English, an agreed price grid and commission. You can start selling right away, without building your own materials.

Individual programs (FIT). If a client wants their own itinerary, we build it to order: guide, transport, hotels, excursions, airport transfers, KETA assistance. From a short Seoul program to a two-week route across Korea. We also have ready FIT templates with proven logistics — take them as-is or adapt them.

Commission, pricing and payment

Commission. Group departures carry an agreed partner commission; blocks and FIT are priced to order with your commission or a net rate. For regular partners we review terms in your favour.

Payment. We work on prepayment — we invoice once a booking is confirmed. Invoices in US dollars, euros, yuan or yen; other convertible currencies on request. We'll suggest a convenient settlement method in correspondence.

Transparent pricing. Give us a concrete request (dates, group size, hotel class) and we price it straight away; a vague one, and we'll clarify the details first rather than quote blind.

What partners get

Partner cabinet. After your first confirmed booking we open access: order history, departure schedule, rooming lists, traveller documents, analytics on your sales.

Catalogue on Google Drive. Programs, descriptions, photos and price lists are mirrored to Google Drive, updated automatically from our database. Handy if the main site is unavailable for any reason: the catalogue is always at hand offline. The link is in the signature of every email we send — no need to ask for it.

Ground handling and MICE. We also take small incentive groups for corporate clients end-to-end — see our MICE ground handling page.

How to become a partner

Write to inte@intetour.com — we usually reply within one business day. In your first email it helps to say what you do and which clients you work with, what you're interested in first (groups / blocks / FIT / MICE), rough dates and request sizes. No formal contract is needed to start — we begin with a concrete request, and open the partner cabinet after your first confirmed booking.

FAQ for partners

Do I have to gather the whole group myself?

No. You can attach one or two travellers, or a family, to a departure we've already formed — we build and lead the group. That's the core convenience of working with a receiving operator.

Can I bring my own full group or take a block?

Yes. If you already have a formed group or volume for a block, we'll run a dedicated departure on request — on your own program or based on our ready itinerary templates. Joining shared departures and running your own are equally valid; pick whichever fits the job.

What's the minimum order to start?

One traveller on a group departure. FIT programs start from one person too. There's no minimum turnover or volume commitment.

Do you sell to travellers directly?

No. We're the receiving side and work through partners — your client stays yours. We don't run retail sales and don't intercept contacts.

What's the commission?

Group departures carry an agreed partner commission built into the price grid. Blocks and FIT are priced individually. We'll send exact figures in reply to your request.

Can we work under our own brand?

Yes. Traveller documents and materials can be prepared neutrally, without promoting us to the end client. We'll agree the details on your first order.

Do you help with KETA?

Yes. KETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) is required for citizens of a number of countries. We send instructions in advance, help fill it in, and answer travellers' questions.
