DMC in Korea (Receiving Company) — INTE Tour

DMC in Korea — INTE Tour

We are an independent, owner-run DMC based in Seoul, operating as a receiving company in Korea since 2013. We work with tour operators and travel agencies serving Russian-speaking clients, and with corporate clients and partners across Europe and Asia.

Our core product is curated group tours of Korea — cultural, nature, and themed itineraries that we design and lead ourselves, with our own licensed guides. We also build individual programmes (FIT) with airport transfers, excursions, hotel bookings, and KETA assistance, and we run incentive and corporate programmes (MICE) end-to-end — from intimate VIP itineraries to groups of 50+ delegates.

Below is how we work and how to get started.

For a detailed guide for partners — how to attach clients to ready departures, take a block, and how commission and payment work — see our page for tour operators and travel agencies.

What we do

Curated group tours are our flagship product. We maintain our own calendar of fixed departures throughout the year: cultural, nature, and themed routes, plus festival-timed programmes — all designed and led in-house by our licensed guides. Ready-made descriptions are available in Russian and English.

Individual programmes (FIT). Built to the specific request — from a two- or three-day Seoul programme to a two-week route across the whole country. We also keep a set of proven FIT templates with tested logistics that can be used as-is or adapted. Packages include guide, transport, hotels, excursions, and airport transfers. We assist with KETA for travellers who need it (see our K-ETA page). Quotations for straightforward requests take 24–48 hours; complex combined itineraries may take up to a week.

MICE and incentive. End-to-end ground handling for corporate groups: venue sourcing, programme design, gala dinners, team-building, and off-site events. We handle everything from small VIP delegations to senior-management groups of 50 and more, including split logistics (parallel tracks, staggered arrivals and departures).

How to start working with us

Email. Write to inte@intetour.com — we normally reply within one business day. The more detail in the first message, the more precise our answer: what you need (groups / FIT / MICE), approximate dates, group size, special requirements. A specific request gets prices right away; a broad one gets qualifying questions until the picture is clear.

Payment. We work on a prepayment basis — an invoice is issued upon booking confirmation. We invoice in US dollars, euros, Chinese yuan, or Japanese yen.

For travel agencies

For agency partners we offer fixed departure dates, agreed rate grids, and a partner commission. Our full catalogue of programmes, descriptions, photo materials, and price lists is mirrored in Google Drive (updated automatically from our database) — the link is in the signature of every email we send, so there is no need to request it separately.

After your first confirmed booking we open access to a partner portal: order history, departure schedules, rooming lists, traveller documents, and analytics.

Who we work with

Our regular partners include major tour operators and niche agencies specialising in Asia and cultural travel. Some have been with us since 2013; others have joined in recent years. If you would like to discuss our experience in a specific segment — youth groups, business travel, retreats, off-site corporate events — write to us and we will share examples.
