Inte Tour Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Company) has developed the present Policy of Personal Data Processing to ensure safety of processing and protection of the Personal Data of individual persons such as staff members, representatives, clients, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data Subjects") of the Customers being in contractual relationship with Company.
Objectives and Principles of Personal Data Processing
Company shall process the personal data of individual persons under instructions of Personal Data Subjects.
The Personal Data is understood as any information referring directly or indirectly to a particular or identified person. Personal Data Processing means collection, recording, arrangement, accumulation, storage, updating, changing, extraction, use, transfer, blocking, deletion, of Personal Data.
The only objective of such processing is performing by Company its obligations under an agreement with Customers of Company.
Personal Data Details and Processing Procedures
Personal Data includes:
- First and last name
- date of birth/age
- passport details when needed
- residence address when needed
- telephone number and e-mail
- other information required to fulfill Company's obligations to Customer
Personal Data Processing can be performed using both manual and automated methods.
Only Staff Members of Company can process Personal Data.
Personal Data Storage
Personal Data can be stored on paper and in electronic format. Unauthorized access to the Personal Data shall be prevented by using duly procedures.
