When booking:

- select departure date
- select class
- after adding to the cart, click on the icon "cart" / CART
- click "Clients"/Clients
- click "select fields to display"
- select "passport number"
- enter all customer data, including passport number and date of birth
- click Save changes
- in the note / note field, enter: return date or write "one way"
- we also recommend that you immediately enter possible alternatives in the same field in case the desired seats are not available and other additional information
- click Submit
- You will receive an email confirming that your application has been accepted.
- In response, please attach copies of customer passports.
- Response to applications of Junior Site classes and above - about 24 hours; response to applications "1st Class" and below - up to a week (depends not on us, but on the ferry operator)

Attention! Conditions depend on the management of the ferry and are subject to change, unfortunately without notice. We will try to keep you up to date with current ferry policy.

22 days before departure: free of charge
15-21 days before departure: 10% of the fare (not the full price of the ticket!)
4-14 days before departure: 20% of the fare
2-3 days before departure: 40% of the fare1 day before departure: 50% of the fare
on the day of departure: 100% of the total ticket price
changing the round-trip ticket is not possible; Cancellation (with penalty) and reorder required
if you booked a round-trip ticket and the one-way ticket has already been used, and you need to make changes to the return ticket: the return ticket is canceled (with a penalty) and ordered again (there is no discount for booking a round-trip ticket)
