Lee Seung-man's villa, built in the 1940s, reflects the style and architecture of Korean modernism of that era, as well as the personal preferences of the first president. In contrast, Kim Il-sung's villa, constructed in the 1950s, features a unique architectural style that blends traditional Korean elements with Soviet cultural heritage.
