Starting Point: Hangyeryeong Visitor Center – Daecheongbong

  Hangyeryeong serves as a pass at the boundary between the Yeongdong and Yeongseo districts, as well as Inner and Southern Seoraksan. From this vantage point, the scenic landscapes of Manmulsan unfold in all their glory.

  Starting from the Hangyeryeong Visitor Center, the ascent begins. After about 2 hours of hiking, you’ll reach Hangyeryeong Samgori Junction. Turning right here, the trail leads past Geuncheong Peak to Daecheongbong. While the section up to Samgori is steep, the trail along the ridge from the junction becomes gentler.

Daecheongbong – Heungak Rest Area

Biseongdae – Sogongwon
