Meeting at the Hotel

The driver/guide (if you ordered a transfer with a guide) will meet you on the 1st floor or at the hotel entrance, unless another meeting point has been agreed in advance.
The standard waiting time is up to 30 minutes from the agreed meeting time.
If you are delayed for any reason, you must inform us in advance.
If no notice is received and the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, the driver/guide may leave, and the service will be considered a no-show with no refund.
Additional waiting time is charged at $20 USD per hour, starting from the first minute after the initial 30 minutes.
Payment is made in cash directly to the driver/guide.
